Good point, I know several users who have bet more than necessary on that promotion, due to the incorrect information provided by the channel.

Yes and this error was not made by me! I knew that I get money and no strings attached to that. So I gambled the amount that I was not planned to gamble. 

But Stake would rather copy paste prepared messages in support chat than listen to my case.

They better invest F1 team than take care of their customers. I am sure that no one from their support even bother by reading this.

I am sure that they will not even mention this in Eddies Saturdays stream when they are dropping peanuts on normal players and giving out money to big basically big wagerers.

Only thing what You will get trying to explain situation from rational point of view is Terms and Conditions point that they can onesidedly dicide everything and not held responsible in case of errors.

I'm sure deep down you guys at stake don't care because you own the lions share of the crypto gambling market, but this is a really bad look for you guys even if its only to 450ish people. When Steve makes a mistake with the weekly, everyone gets taken care of, the mistake might be worth 500k, might be 2 million, either way its a mistake and you guys eat it and move on. We waited for answers, were told we would receive $256 due to your error and it would be out shortly, only to wait 30+hrs to have a generic "were sorry few people got wrong amount but the rest of you got the right amount" which turns out to be $44. I got the early coupon message but wasn't able to claim it before it was deactivated, costing me $212 in hindsight. You guys have been the best Casino due to trust and is something as small as 100k to loyal players who grind these promos and lose hundreds some weeks really going to cause you to go against your word? Not only should your word be kept, but like SPN said above, these promo prize pools need to be raised when you have several hundred people completing them a week, nevermind the several hundred who try and lose their money only to get 0. This might be a lost cause since you chose to put out the $44 coupon but its something as small, but noteworthy like this that would make me want to give my money elsewhere. Really disappointed.

78 on the winner list but 30 were able to use the coupon

The 256 got deactivated before everyone could claim, thats why only 30 claimed

It is what it is, someone higher rank in Stake office made the decision then changed his mind last minute (maybe because the amount to be paid would be too big) and cucked us over.

It sucks that we cannot trust their words anymore comes next time. Only when the money is in your balance then its a guarantee.

I feel ya having hope dangled in front of you only to have it taken away :(. I’m still baffled how someone who is familiar with posting the lvl up winners would truely believe only 78 people won and then go the extra step to assure everyone that they will also receive the $256 payout, when clearly the 78 winners was a grave miscalculation. Yet she still decided to assure us all winners will get $256. Was she on auto pilot or something? What was she thinking?? She has posted the lvl up winners so many times and it’s never been below 200 how can someone be so unaware. On another note maybe she was trying to do right by us and unfortunately the marketing team or whatever team that handles the promotion lied to her telling her what to say only to go back on there word which leaves her in an unfortunate spot, who knows anything is possible with stake. 
 

 

The funny thing is remember how a few months ago random accounts got $200-$2000  bonus emails for absolutely nothing!!! Which accumulated to well over $100k which would of been the total payout if they decided to honor there word about $256 payouts for the winners

Stake doesn’t care. Stake support team is a joke. Basically same if u ask rocket scientists questions from a chef. They don’t know anything and they can’t do anything. They just are there because every website needs “ support “ button
